Adrenaline also quickly increases and can totally mask pain. Even if one feels relatively calm.
- jonplackett 7y agoIt wasn't so much the pain. It was like a kind of paralysis because I didn't feel like I was quite there. The AirPods didn't even have any music playing, just the ANC turned on.
