Trustworthy product reviews, higher quality products, fewer/zero counterfeits, reliable shipping (based on arrival), and/or secure and convenient pickup at more accessible locations. Subscription services (StitchFix, BarkBox, etc) and manufacturer direct (Drop.com, there are others) seem to be doing fine without 2day shipping on every product in existence. Probably because their customers are getting good products delivered reliably.
