I think I could probably mock something up that was decent in powerpoint or something similar. In a past life, I studied advertising, so I had a bit of schooling in paper advertising and creating a proper layout. I struggle taking that to the web though...getting it to look just right with the right mix of CSS, image slices, etc. That's a dark art to me.
