- o-__-o 7y agoCheck out flightradar24 for a more passenger oriented app that provides similar data (based off ads-b rather than using device sensors)
- GhettoMaestro 7y agoBonus points: put up an RTL-SDR and feed them ADS-B data you receive. They will give you a free business account! ($50/mo value!!)
- JorgeGT 7y agoClient fully compatible with a Raspberry Pi, so minimal energy consumption too.
- o-__-o 7y agoFlightradar24 does that? I thought that was FlightAware, but still awesome to know!
- GhettoMaestro 7y agoYup have been doing it for about 3 years now. I love how much value I get in return of little I provide (relatively).
- sokoloff 7y agoWingX Pro VFR is $0.99 per year and probably gives you enough to be entertained at a much better price point. (They have higher level subs if you’re actually flying.)
- gbacon 7y agoYes, and it’s a fun way to pass the time, but GPS and ADS-B receivers won’t give you td_id_weight_on_wheels or td_id_fltdata_wind_direction.
