Actually, it's better than the norm. I've seen many stories like this where nobody reached out.
- packetized 7y agoI would say that is much more damning of their state of customer interest.
- mirimir 7y agoI don't disagree. It's just that I don't recall seeing anyone from Google or PayPal reaching out like that.
