This outcome reminds me of an internal memo from my current company, written after a visit to Boeing and Amazon for lessons on digital transformation. An interesting insight was drawn stating that a sharp contract between the two companies was everyone at Boeing loved their CEO and talked about how great he was, while most at Amazon showed various degrees of fear and/or dissent towards Bezos.
