I had this exact thought as I was reading this. I wonder if ML could be used to speed up the process and look for anomalies - both appearances and disappearances. Someone in our team did his PhD in machine vision. Will have a chat with him to hear his thoughts. Anyone else have any thoughts? Also where could these images be accessed?
