- c0nfused 7y agoYou need the majority of your citizens to have enough money to buy smartphones to install your app. You need to care about making it look like there is a velvet glove on your surveillance.

- JCharante 7y agoDon't some European countries do the same with tweets? They're both laws covering disturbing public order, which doesn't make them that different from China (because deciding what "disturbs" the public is a slippery slope)
