As someone who is familiar with BA IT operations but not connected to B2B/C in any function I can say what a shitshow from experience. Engineering has put up a decent firewall to keep the MBAs from mucking it up. But shit rolls downhill and it’s only a matter of time. Hopefully the Boeing fiasco is causing other engineering lead companies to refocus their priorities.
