I use a subdomain for this. *@subdomain is forwarded to me. Anytime I need to give anyone an email address, it's a unique one (usually their name or a derivation thereof). Anytime I tire of email from a given source, I configure my postfix to reject the message with something like "550 Go fuck yourselves." It's the little things in life.
