What's the benefit over a .txt file on a computer or a custom field in your Google contacts for remembering friend's kid's names?

- vortico 7y agoI'm personally not really interested, I'm stating that the website needs to define this term if they want many people to understand what their service is. If you're trying to sell a product, don't force the customer to look up basic information about the product.

- inetsee 7y agoA quick search on CRM returns "Customer Relationship Management" as the first several results. Not everybody wants to share all this information with Google.
- wolco 7y agoThis is not a CRM you are not managing customer relationships. This is a social relationship manager. SRM.
