Your numbers are incorrect. A handful of attorneys are taking 20% of the resolution.
- geofft 7y agoThe claim is "2% of the shortfall" (the amount of money that would be needed to get $125 instead of $6 to everyone in the settlement), not "2% of the settlement amount." Yes, the attorneys are taking 20% of the resolution. The resolution is so tiny that 20% of tiny is also tiny. The article title is highly misleading.
