All they have to do it explain/document it is for the economic health of company and that they've researched alternative solutions. Asia, Russia, Latin America: Expectations of significant protections aren't even reasonable. Everywhere you may sue or win something if due process not followed, but that's about it and could be costly. And then they wonder why nobody has time and energy to win their engineered climate crisis.
