The total amounts awarded to each company still differ by nearly $2 billion. I cannot imagine how much more Boeing would cost if they weren’t forced to compete

The total amounts awarded to each company still differ by nearly $2 billion. I cannot imagine how much more Boeing would cost if they weren’t forced to compete with SpaceX. I wonder how much further along SpaceX might be if they were able to ripoff NASA and the federal government the same way Boeing is able to.
