Most evictions are proper. Most tenants don't fight back, regardless. To be clear my complaints about mail are not about protecting well off yuppies who are going to be suing their landlords for improper eviction. Many people are housing insecure, disabled, homeless, etc. You're basically removing all of these people from the system.
