Why is 4 meals the default option? Do Americans usually eat 4 meals a day?

- dawnerd 7y agoWhy’d you jump right to “Americans”? There’s plenty of other countries with as many meals as us.
- ggregoire 7y agoBecause the site is US-centric. And 4 meals a day is not that common and it's definitely unnecessary for most people. If that's their goal, I hope people eating 4 meals a day realize they would lose weight by eating only 2 meals a day (without having to change what they eat).
