Thanks for the feedback! 1) This is true, we are pretty US centric at the moment. Most of our basic-food nutrition data comes from the USDA database, so that biases it a bit. We have some ideas for making it easier to localize the suggested foods, but it might be a little while before we get it in there. 2) We should probably round the numbers there a bit, but you're right, we just convert things like ounces to grams if you select metric units.
