- LoSboccacc 7y agohere's one specific to me: we said we offer a visa but only because so we can hire immigrant that are already on a visa sponsored from another company and need to retain sponsorship as we poach them
- Loughla 7y agoI honestly wonder how much time, energy, and resources are wasted on that type of process across the US. Direct placement isn't necessarily a bad thing, I don't know why organizations don't just do that. Maybe it's to spread the fault around if it goes bad?
- liveoneggs 7y agodid one of these a while ago and they even told me during the interview. It took the pressure off I suppose ;)
