That age-old saying comes to mind: “Never attribute to malice what can be sufficiently explained by incompetence.”
- lioeters 7y agoAlso known as: "Any sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice." However, I tend to disagree with this approach when the final result is that the "incompetent" one stands to profitably gain from their alleged incompetence or ignorance.
