I think it was Mercedes and/or VW which recently said their new e-car is not going to the US some time and Europe is first. This was surely driven by CO2 fleet averages which are going to cost billions of Euro in 2020. Small sharing cars will help to bring it down so deploy them where it matters financialy. Parking in London is very bad but Florence is insane.
