The department I work at needs to interference with a third-party very frequently and they are Union run. They are the source of much of our pain and frustrations.
- bobthepanda 7y agoThere are bad companies and there are bad unions. That being said, all a union is is workers collectively organizing to resolve the power imbalance vs. their employer.
