You need really good firmware and storage to actually see this. Otherwise it’s 25s in firmware and 35s to load the OS. If you have a LOT of RAM, that’ll slow things down as a single thread inits all the pages.
- yen223 7y agoI definitely recall back in the late 90's boot times that lasted minutes were the norm, not the exception.
