    In most of the industrialized world, good diet and exercise are engineered out of lifestyles, especially for the poor. Grocery stores are dying, neighborhoods are becoming less walkable, and leisure time is increasingly filled with internet entertainment designed to be addictive. Your comment makes no sense within a broader, practical framework.
