Didn't Citrix own LogMeIn?

  Citrix owned Citrix Systems Online (owned GoTo* IP)which was rebranded to GetGo which was then spun out using a reverse-Morris trust to LogMeIn after receiving threats of a hostile takeover from Elliot Management.

  From what I remember they had a joint venture, which was mostly under LogMeIn's control.
