- alanh 7y agoawful logic. they know full well that customer loyalty is their bread and butter. not doing a great job solving one cause of unhappiness does not prove they do not attempt to solve any or all causes of unhappiness! your logic is equivalent to saying, "since the South did not win the Civil War, it’s obvious they did not really care if they were under Union rule or not"
