- whb07 7y agoThis seems....odd. HK is now a city within PRC. So is Shenzen a "developed" area? What exactly is the distinction between Shenzen and HK now that they aren't exactly proven to be a city-state?
- robjan 7y agoThere is a border and passport control between HK and Shenzhen.
