- arethuza 7y agoWorth noting that the UK Post Office was privatised in 2013 - though I have no idea whether this had any bearing on the events covered by this article. Edit: My mistake - I was confusing Royal Mail and the Post Office!
- m0xte 7y agoIt doesn’t. It was a shit show well before that. I think they just fished out a load more cash to fix stuff as well.
- noir_lord 7y agoThis shit show started years and years before that and whether it's private or public seems to have no effect, it's large organisations in general who outsource, whether they answer to shareholders or the electorate seems to have no affect.
- buckminster 7y agoIt wasn't privatised. That was Royal Mail. They are independent.
