Really? From what I've seen (https://www.terrestrialenergy.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/TerrestrialEnergyPaperCNS2018PDF.pdf https://www.terrestrialenergy.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09... ) it's roughly equivalent to LWR's.
