I know some OS/2 fans who wouldn't go along with that, but I will. They were best in a class that was inundated with crippling bugs and vulnerabilities. Can we credit checklists and pair programming for the fact that it's now possible to connect to the Internet without joining a botnet within 5 minutes? Or save a file without worrying whether it will make it to disk before the next BSOD? Probably not directly, but procedures and conventions definitely needed to change.
