I made good experiences with moving the standup to a later hour for similar reasons.
Sticking to an early standup if that means that team members are stuck in traffic - or not awake - is exactly _not_ agile.
- thrower123 7y agoBetter to just do the "standup" asynchronously in a groupchat if it is going to be a useless status check, as they usually are.
- SuoDuanDao 7y agoSounds like the early morning standups are for the manager's convenience more than the coder's, which might be the underlying trend driving OP's complaints.
