I think it's the minority, I work on a floor with about 4 other people like that in a floor of 200 or so, so it's a small amount of people. It's still the approach I take. If I think something isn't right, I'm going to call it out. Try and convince me I'm wrong! I won't be offended, it's the idea I'm attacking, not you personally. I've tried to model different ways at giving the feedback/cc, I don't think it matters, most people tie their ego to their idea, a few do not.
