This is exactly what we do at my current job, and it's infuriating to everyone but the management asking for it. We have many different apps and we have 3 different versions of the UI right now because we're slowly redoing the frontend for all of them as we roll them out over several years. What a massive waste of money and time. Some of these apps don't even have enough users to warrant the reskin!
