- Iv 7y agoAnd if you redesign, please, pretty please, keep your URL structure intact. Having links being invalided every two years is jut a pain.
- laurentdc 7y agoThis a thousand times. So many app redesigns. Every time I open Spotify they moved the search option somewhere else. On Gmail for Android you have to guess which is the "mark as unread" button now. The train app for my country is still a bugged mess, but now they added one of those monochrome vector humans that everyone has in between loading screens to mask sluggishness. I'm starting to think UI design is the next bullshit job
- Bootwizard 7y agoThis is exactly what we do at my current job, and it's infuriating to everyone but the management asking for it. We have many different apps and we have 3 different versions of the UI right now because we're slowly redoing the frontend for all of them as we roll them out over several years. What a massive waste of money and time. Some of these apps don't even have enough users to warrant the reskin!
