I've been paying a high cost for having urges like this for a long time.
I'm curious. How many people are like this? Is this the majority or the minority? I've had trusted friends tell me that I'm crazy and I'm in the minority.

- laputan_machine 7y agoI think it's the minority, I work on a floor with about 4 other people like that in a floor of 200 or so, so it's a small amount of people. It's still the approach I take. If I think something isn't right, I'm going to call it out. Try and convince me I'm wrong! I won't be offended, it's the idea I'm attacking, not you personally. I've tried to model different ways at giving the feedback/cc, I don't think it matters, most people tie their ego to their idea, a few do not.
