Some companies claim to own any skills you develop that would not have earned at a usual job - I don’t really want some former employer claiming I can’t work at my next job because of the time they gave me to do online courses...
- sojournerc 7y agoIf you're speaking of a non-compete agreement, I understand them to be largely unenforceable. In the US it depends on what state you're in.
