This happens literally all the time, everywhere. Those employees are independent individuals who are capable of deciding whether they want to go or stay.
Why should that be enforceable by a non-compete?
- Mikeb85 7y agoManagement jobs are different. You're paid a premium to, essentially, be above employees; both in terms of freedom and pay, but also responsibility and loyalty.
