- Klonoar 7y agoI know the units under $1500 very well, as I'm helping someone move out here who's not in tech/finance/medicine/law. That's simply not cheap enough, and micro-housing works for these people. People come to cities for economic opportunity, they need to be able to live here while getting on their feet.
