I agree. Apple should consider providing an AMD option -- and if they decide not to do so, at least write a blog explaining in detail why not.
- colejohnson66 7y agoThe motherboard was probably designed around when Ryzen first came out. It would’ve been too costly to switch.
- xvf22 7y agoFair enough but the performance gap is so wide now (and will be for at least a while) that it's hard to recommend this one.
