One problem is that you need to read through the entire article before you realize that the article is a copy of another article. It is more appropriate to a preamble stating that the following images and text are directly copied from the original author. Saying we are thankful for "given materials" is too vague (and probably offensive to the original author) when all the images, text, and even structure of the article is a copy.
