Gut feelings: 1) software isn't likely worth anything 2) use the experience as a resume builder 3) I'm surprised by so many people thinking this isn't a common exit at dissolving the company. That said, maybe worth contacting these other startups. I double they'd pay for the existing source code to just launch. But, it might make you a good hire you for them.
