While his intent seems genuine, he is basically preying on a vunerable population, with the help of google and other ad-network spying tools. How many are also doing this for less noble purposes while google looks the other way?
- daguar 7y agoI can say from experience, many. It's why this kind of visibility is good: it incentivizes better enforcement by Google.
