It's a shame. I guess the lawyers got involved. Maybe the only good thing to come from this is that it reminds us to think twice before entrusting all our data to cloud based software companies. And if you do put your app/data in the 'cloud' make sure you have offline backups. Cloud platforms are like share cropping (farming on rented land).
