I wish it was easier to monitor what goes on inside our body. E.g. digesting works differently if you have some kind of intolerance, allergy, diabetes, whether you have enough muscle mass or not... We treat it as a black box, give blanket statements with a self-selected sample size, and hope that it works for everybody, which it rarely does. E.g. there are conditions which require you to eat small meals throughout the day, which obviously is in conflict with fasting...
