  Is that supposed to make it better? "It's okay they don't take things seriously, they make a practice of not treating things seriously, so you should use their service?" (And, like, I get it, I have a good knack for being a troll and annoying all my friends, but at least I'm aware that this isn't a good thing and if I were running a business, I'd find someone else who could keep my instincts in check!)
