We have way too many executives who contribute less than nothing to our group's output. These executives eat first and leave us with zero incentive to make a difference. The big tech work environment sucks and I'm tired of living in it I've encountered this kind of situation myself. How common is this in big tech firms? Is it common at the FAANGS?
