    It's not baby talk. It's a metaphor. They're quite popular among people who write for a wide audience.

  It’s Vice — it’s more of a culture outlet so most of their reporting is clickbaity — but the science stuff is particularly bad.

  "Dancing" may be an exaggeration considering that just looks like Brownian motion to me. Heck, if you told me that was an inert slide, I'd have believed it.
