Western governments, while pointing fingers at china, russia or <insert brown country>, have been hard at work trying to find creative ways to implement soft censorship (ie: don't outright ban the content or shutdown the website, but considerably limit their potential reach on dubious grounds such as copyright infringement). Totalitarianism is slowly creeping up on us.
