The context is the French implementation of the EU copyright directive (the one that contained Articles "11" and "13" (though the numbering was later changed)).

- lidHanteyk 7y agoThe title is like a headline that I would expect from a professional left-wing publisher, though; it doesn't seem unreasonable at all, and I'm not sure what it could be changed to since the author is a politician and this is basically a political speech that focuses on the topics brought up by the title.
