Bing sees that I searched for a term, 'iwejhoihfe' on google and ended up clicking a link to foobar.com/page there, this gives foobar.com/page a relevance with the term 'iwejhoihfe'. Since the 'iwejhoihfe' doesn't show up anywhere else on the web, that single relevant site gains a lot of weight for that term. This is how Bing's algorithm may have worked, and I wouldn't call it intentionally copying, flawed maybe and easily manipulated just like Google Bombing in the old days.
