Just take a look at Blazor for education-by-example. It's a framework like React&friends, but in C#, running in the browser via wasm. Build a SPA in C# - as practical as you can get.
- rhlsthrm 7y agoIf I'm already proficient with React+JS, what's the benefit of this besides using other languages?
- m_fayer 7y agoThe benefit would be not just a different language but the entire .NET ecosystem. If that ecosystem holds no compelling benefit for you, then I guess nothing. I was just answering OP's question looking for a concrete understanding of what wasm could do.
- taco_emoji 7y agoHow is that helpful to explain what WebAssembly is? Anyway Blazor can (or at least used to) transpile to JS, so it's not like WebAssembly was required for Blazor to be a reality.
